Note on Cyber Terrorism
As I am re-writing a lecture on cyber issues for my terrorism class tonight, I find myself unconvinced that a lot of what gets called ‘cyber-terrorism’ should be classified as such. While I read recent media blurbs like this “FBI on guard against terrorist cyber attacks (CNN)”, I doubt the accuracy of defining terrorist activity online…
